ट्रेन छूट जाने का अनुभव

नमस्ते दोस्तो ,

दोस्तो आज मैं क्षमा रस्तौगी आपको बताएगी अपनी खुद की अनुभूति ट्रेन छूट जाने की ।

दोस्तो जब आप नए शहर में जाते हैं , तब आपके दिल में हजार प्रश्न होते है , होने भी लाजमी है , दोस्तो यह मेरी अनुभूति हाल ही की है, चलिए मैं अपना अनुभव आपको बताएगी जब मेरी ट्रेन छूट गई तब मुझे कैसा महसूस हुआ ।

जब मैं प्लेटफॉर्म पर पहुंची , तब ट्रेन आने में बहुत समय था , इसलिए प्लेटफॉर्म पर ही बैठ कर ट्रेन का इंतजार हो रहा था , जब ट्रेन का समय हुआ तब अपनी कुछ अस्वधानी करते हुए , मुझसे ट्रेन छूट गई , ट्रेन मेरी आंखों के सामने से जा रही थी और पता नहीं चला जो ट्रेन जा रही हैं वो ट्रेन ही है जिससे मुझे सफर तय करके अपने घर जाना है , जब ट्रेन चली गई तब कुछ गड़बड़ होने पर वहां कुछ लोगो से पूछा , ट्रेन संख्या देखा कर , जब लोगो ने बताया यह ट्रेन अभी यही से गई है , बहुत देर तक विश्वास नहीं हुआ , और बहुत डर इस वजह से लगने लगा अब घर कैसे पहुंचे ? डर इतना लगने लगा कि आंखो से आंसू रुक नहीं रहे , कुछ लोगो के पूछने पर बताया मेरी ट्रेन छूट गई है अब मैं घर जा सकती , कुछ लोगो ने कहा तुमने घर बताया , घर पर फोन करने की भूल गई थी , तभी किसी के कहने पर घर पर फोन करा और कहा ट्रेन छूट गई अब घर कैसे आओ , फोन पर रोते रोते कहने लगी , घरवाले सब यही कह रहे पहली पहली बार होता है , परेशान ना हो , वही टीटी से संपर्क करो और दूसरी ट्रेन से आजाओ , घरवाले सब यही कह रहे हमसे भी बहुत बार ऐसा हुआ है जब बाहर निकलते हैं तब ऐसा कभी कभी होना लाजमी है , घरवालों के समझाने से भी कुछ फर्क नहीं हो रहा था बस दिल रोने का कर रहा , तभी वहां कुछ यात्रियों में कुछ युवक आए और उन्होंने पूछा , आपको कहां जाना है , पूछें जाने पर अपना पता बताया , एक युवक ने बताया तुम्हारे यहां एक ट्रेन जा रही है अगर कहो तो इस ट्रेन से चली जाओ , उन युवक की बात मान कर अपना रिजर्वेशन उस ट्रेन में करवा लिया , अब उन युवकों की भी ट्रेन का समय हो रहा था , वो युवक मुझे हिम्मत देकर जाने लगे , मुझे लगा इन युवक का नंबर लेना चाहिए , तो उन युवक से कहकर उनका नंबर लेकर उनको जाने दिया , लेकिन अभी भी ट्रेन छूट जाने का गम बहुत था , अब ट्रेन दूसरे प्लेटफॉर्म पर आनी थी , अब वहां हिम्मत करके चले गए , वहां भी रो रहे थे , जब घरवालों का फोन आया और कहा अगर रोती रहोगी तो लोग कमजोर समझने लगेंगे , बहुत समझने पर खुद को संभाला और वहां बैठ गए , कुछ टीचर को फोन करके बताया कि ट्रेन छूट गई है , टीचर ने भी बिलकुल घरवालों की तरह समझाया , फिर कुछ समझ आया और शांत हुए , अब एक जगह बैठ गए ।

अब जिस दूसरे प्लेटफॉर्म पर बैठे थे वहां एक युवक जो सहउम्र का था , उससे बात होने लगी तथा एक दूसरे का परिचय होने लगा , परिचय होते समय पता चला , यह युवक भी मेडिकल कॉलेज का छात्र है जो अपने घर जा रहा है मेरी तरह । 

अब उस युवक के साथ काफी समय व्यतीत किया , अब हम दोनो ने एक दूसरे की ट्रेन में सीट ढूंढने में मदद करने लगे , जब दोनो को सीट मिल गई , तब थोड़ा प्लेटफॉर्म पर टहलने लगे , अब उस युवक की ट्रेन का समय होगया था ,  फोन नंबर लेकर अलविदा कह कर अपनी ट्रेन में बैठ गए । 

मेरा सफर भी कुछ घंटे बाद शुरू हो गया ।

दोस्तो , मैं यही कहना चाहोगी जब भी आप सफर करे पहले उस बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करें फिर सचेत हो कर अपना सफर तय करे और सफर का आनंद ले । 

दोस्तो मुझे अच्छे इंसान मिले लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं , प्लेटफॉर्म पर खड़ा हर इंसान अच्छा हो , इसलिए इतना भरोसा भी मत करना जिससे आपको नुकसान पहुंचे ।

अनाथ बच्चे

 नमस्कार दोस्तों , आप सबका क्षमा रस्तौगी के ब्लॉग पर स्वागत है । दोस्तों आज मै बात करोगी अनाथ बच्चों के लिए ।

अनाथ शब्द कितना अजीब सा लगता है ना सुनने में , अनाथ शब्द से आप लोग क्या समझते हैं ? कुछ अनाथ से समझते है सहानुभूति किसी अनाथ बच्चे के लिए , या फिर जिसके माता पिता नहीं होते , उनको अनाथ कहा जाता है । दोस्तों अनाथ शब्द अपने आप में एक शब्दकोश समाए हुए हैं , किस तरह से यह स्पष्ट करना मुश्किल है लेकिन मै बताने की कोशिश करती हूं । दोस्तों आप लोग देखते होंगे अपने आस पास या पड़ोस में कुछ ऐसे बच्चो को जिनके माता पिता गुजर गए होते हैं । अपने कभी ऐसे बच्चो का जीवन के बारे में कभी सोचा है कि इनका जीवन कैसे व्यतीत होता है , यह बच्चे कैसा सोचते होंगे या कैसा महसूस किया करते होंगे । दोस्तों अनाथ बच्चे सहानुभूति की नहीं, बल्कि आपके अपनेपन की जरूरत होती है , यह बच्चे अपने माता पिता के लिए थोड़ा भावनात्मक रूप से कमजोर होते हैं , यह बच्चे भी आम बच्चो की तरह होते हैं इसलिए सहानभूति नहीं अपनापन देखा कर इन बच्चो को प्यार देने की कोशिश जरूर करें , यह बच्चे आपका अपनापन पाकर आपसे भावनात्मक रूप से जुड़ाव महसूस करते हैं । 

दोस्तों किसी अनाथ बच्चे को अपनाकर उसको एक खुशहाल जिंदगी देकर आप खुद एक ऐसी खुशी पाएंगे जिसका कोई अंत नहीं होगा । यह खुशी आपको एक खुशहाल जीवन बनाने में मदद करेगा । 

आजकल आप सब जानते हैं कितनी महिलाए मां नहीं बन सकती , मै उन महिलाओं से यही कहना चाहती हो, आप एक अनाथ बच्चे को अपनाकर उसको मां जैसा प्यार दे , उसकी और अपना जीवन खुशहाल बनाए । 

ज़िन्दगी हम सबको अच्छा काम करने के लिए बहुत मौके देती है , अपना अच्छा करिए और बाकी भगवान के ऊपर भरोसा बनाए रखें ।

 Hello doston, aap sabhi ko Kshma rastogi ka namastey , Doston aaj me batane jaa rhi ho Every Students Whatsapp group ke baare me. Sab sabhi jante hai ki koi bhi group ho us group me kuch aise log hote hai jinhe har ek baat se problem hi problem hoti hai. Koi bhi topic ho usme kami nikalne ka ek mauka hath se nhi jaane dete. Chahe woh Good morning ka message ho yaa chahe kisi baat ko lekar.  Kuch log whatsapp group me add honge lekin na khud chats krenge na dusro ko karne denge. Agar 5 students aapas me chats kar rhe h group me toh kuch students ko pareshani jarur honi hai , aur kuch keh do toh yhi bolte hai hum toh chats nhi karte , notification check karke thhak jaate hain. Group me sirf padhai se related baatein honi chahiye , kyuki yeh students group hai. Agar baat karni band nhi kroge toh mam se keh denge.. yh konsi baat hui...... Students group me kya sirf padhai se related baatein hi ho skhti hai kya ? Har group me apko aise students mil jaenge jinko har baat me problem hoti hai. Notes bhejo group me toh kahenge notes dekhai nahi dete sirf chats dekhai deti h.. ab aise students se kya kahe.. Chhoti chhoti baaton par ladne chal dete hai fir nhi kahenge Groups me chats ho rhi h.. Gyan toh aise dete h yh students kami nikalne wale jese es duniya ka sab Gyan in logo ko hi bhagwan ne diya hai. Aisa lagta hai jese Nai naveli dulhan ghar aai ho jo apni chhudi khankatie jyada hai , kaam kam Karti hai , jese logo ko pta chal sakhe Dulhan kaam kar rhi hai😅😅Har group me aise students sach m bahut irritate karne wale hote hai.

Our Online Class

Hello everyone , I hope everyone are fine .. We know that , State of the pandemic condition....

We all suffering... Some suffering from works , money , education and many more. Today I talk about online classes... We all know , all classes conducted by online..All classes are being conducted online.... 

I share my experience of online classes... So let's start 😁😁

1. Many times my network are goes...🏃

2. After turning off the camera, the teacher cannot see us.

3. After turning off the camera, we take food and  water, teacher does not know what we are doing with studies.

4. When Join the class , some students only say Good morning , some students silently.

5. Once while taking a class , a girl in our class slept. 

6.Mam was calling her but she was sleeping.

7. All students enjoy this moment and silently are laugh.

8. Sometimes the voice of the teacher does not come, then everyone speaks together, Mam/Sir does not hear your voice.

9. Our parents see how we are studying online.

10. Our younger brother and younger sister are watch and laugh 🤣 ...

11. During online class, siblings tell them to shut up but they will definitely speak... 

12. Having an online class gets away from friends.

13. Come to the classroom to read and then make noise in the classroom , as if you forget.

14. Complaining to each other to teacher , be like a dream.

15. Friendship did not end with running an online class, but went away.

16. We all pray that the class opens quickly.

1. Atrial systole :- Contractions of atria ( 0.1 seconds ) 

2. Ventricular systole :- Contraction of ventricles ( 0.3 seconds ) 

3. Complete Cardiac cycle :- relaxation of the atria and ventricles ( 0.4 seconds )

The total period of 1 cycle = 0.8 seconds

 #Although whole blood transfusions can save lives, people have different blood groups, and transfusing incompatible or mismatched blood can be fatal.

• Antigen. An antigen is a substance that the body recognizes as foreign , it stimulates the immune system to release antibodies or use other means to mount a defense against it.

• Antibodies. One person’s RBC proteins will be recognized as foreign if transfused into another person with different RBC antigens; the “recognizers” are antibodies present in the plasma that attach to RBCs bearing surface antigens different from those on the patient’s  RBCs.

• Agglutination. Binding of the antibodies causes the foreign RBCs to clump, a phenomenon called agglutination, which leads to the clogging of small blood vessels throughout the body.

• ABO blood groups. The ABO blood groups are based on which of two antigens, type A or type B, a person inherits; absence of both antigens results in type O blood, presence of both antigens leads to type AB, and the presence of either A or B antigen yields type A or B blood.

• Rh blood groups. The Rh blood groups are so named because one of the eight Rh antigens was originally identified in Rhesus monkeys; later the same antigen was discovered in human beings; most Americans are Rh+ , meaning that their RBCs carry the Rh antigen.

• Anti-Rh antibodies. Unlike the antibodies of the ABO system, anti-Rh antibodies are not automatically formed and present in the blood of Rh- individuals.

• Hemolysis. Hemolysis does not occur with the first transfusion because it takes time for the body to react and start making antibodies.

The small intestine is the body’s major digestive organ.

• Location. The small intestine is a muscular tube extending from the pyloric sphincter to the large intestine.

• Size. It is the longest section of the alimentary tube, with an average length of 2.5 to 7 m (8 to 20 feet) in a living person.

• Subdivisions. The small intestine has three subdivisions: the duodenum, the jejunum, and the ileum, which contribute 5 percent, nearly 40 percent, and almost 60 percent of the small intestine, respectively.

• Ileocecal valve. The ileum meets the large intestine at the ileocecal valve, which joins the large and small intestine.

• Hepatopancreatic ampulla. The main pancreatic and bile ducts join at the duodenum to form the flasklike hepatopancreatic ampulla, literally, the ” liver-pacreatic-enlargement”.

• Duodenal papilla. From there, the bile and pancreatic juice travel through the duodenal papilla and enter the duodenum together.

• Microvilli. Microvilli are tiny projections of the plasma membrane of the mucosa cells that give the cell surface a fuzzy appearance, sometimes referred to as the brush border; the plasma membranes bear enzymes (brush border enzymes) that complete the digestion of proteins and carbohydrates in the small intestine.

• Villi. Villi are fingerlike projections of the mucosa that give it a velvety appearance and feel, much like the soft nap of a towel.

• Lacteal. Within each villus is a rich capillary bed and a modified lymphatic capillary called a lacteal.

• Circular folds. Circular folds, also called plicae circulares, are deep folds of both mucosa and submucosa layers, and they do not disappear when food fills the small intestine.
