कुछ अधूरी तस्वीर है , जो पूरी नहीं होती ,

यह कशिश कुछ पुरानी सी है , जो बयां नहीं होती ,

यह तस्वीर अधूरी कभी पूरी नहीं होती ,

यह याद तो है लेकिन स्पष्ट नहीं होती ,

दिल मे है बहुत कुछ लेकिन बताया नही जाता ,

यह तस्वीर जो है यह अधूरे ख्वाब जैसी है ,

कतरा कतरा दिल–दिमाग में घूमती रहती , जुवां पर आती नही ,

हां थोड़ा थोड़ा याद है यह तस्वीर कोई पुरानी याद है ।

Love Poetry

 मिले थे जब हम पहली बार , तुम सबसे पहले करीब आए थे ,

तुम्हें मैं अच्छी लगती थी या नहीं , यह सिर्फ तुम ही जानते थे , 

सबसे पहले करीब तुम ही आए थे , 

तुम्हे मेरे साथ वक्त बिताना अच्छा लगता था या नहीं यह तुम ही जानते थे , 

मुझे तुम्हारे साथ वक्त बिताना पसंद था , इसलिए तुम्हे बुलाती थी ,

तुम मेरे लिए बाइक से कोसों दूर से आते थे , फिर साथ बैठा कर घुमाया भी करते थे ,

हम दोनो को साथ बाइक पर बैठ कर घूमना पसंद था ,

छोटी छोटी बातों में लड़ाइयां हुआ करती थीं , तुम बड़ी आसानी से मना लिया करते थे ,

लड़ाइयों में तुम्हारे दोस्तो का बोलना और हमारी लड़ाई शांत करवाना ,

फिर साथ मिलकर यूं रेस्तरां में एक प्लेट में खाना ,

थोड़ी हिजक तुम्हे थी , थोड़ी हिजक मुझे थी ,

शर्म से एक दूसरो  से जो बात करनी हुआ करती थीं , ना हो पाती थी ,

तुम मेरे बोलने का इंतजार करते , मैं तुम्हारे बात शुरू करने का इंतजार ,

यूं हमारी बात ना हों पाती थी , घर पहुंच कर मैसेज करते , बात क्यूं नही करते , 

तुम रूठ जाते , थोड़ा मैं रूठ जाती ,

यूं बातो ही बातो मे तुम्हारा मुझे वादा करना , कभी साथ न छोड़ने का ,

तुम्हारी बातो को सच मान , उन वादों पर यकीन करना , 

था कुछ ऐसा जो जोड़े रखता मुझे तुमसे ,

जितनी भी हो लड़ाई , रहना सिर्फ तुमसे जुड़े रहना ,

है बदल सा गया अब कुछ , यूं अब पहली जैसी बात ना रही ,

पहली हुआ करती घंटो बातें , अब नही हुआ करती बातें ,

नही रही पहली जैसी कोई बात , ना रहे पहले जैसे जज़्बात ,

अब ना रहा तुम्हारी किसी बात पर भरोसा ,

तुम कर दिए कुछ ऐसा , यह दिल होगया चूर – चूर ,

तुम मुझे पसंद करते या नही यह सिर्फ तुम जानते ,

मेरे दूर होने से मुझसे बार बार बात करने का प्रयास करते ,

तुम्हारे हिस्से मे अब मेरी चुप्पी  , मेरे हिस्से में तुमसे मिला दर्द ,

तुम दूर सही लेकिन अब सुकून है , अब तुम्हारी और मेरी लड़ाई नहीं ,

यह दिल भी समझ चुका है , अब तेरे और मेरे रास्ते है अलग ,

हां शुरूवात तुमसे हुई , और खत्म मैं कर रही ,

जानती हो बहुत गलतियां हुई , माफी मांगती सभी गलती की ,

सबसे पहले करीब तुम आए थे , देखो दूर सबसे पहले मैं जा रही हूं ,

देखो मैं अपने दिल को समझा रही हो , तुमसे मैं दूर जा रही हूं ।

यह तबियत ठीक हुई तुझे देखने से , जो तबियत महंगी दवाई सही ना हुई ,

इलाज की जरूरत नहीं मुझे , तू आजा इलाज खुद ब खुद हो जाएगा।

Rakshabandhan Poetry

 भाई बहन का यह त्यौहार , लाता खुशियां हजार ,

मिठाई, चॉकलेट, बर्फी, मिष्ठान खिलाए भाई को बहन ,

साल भर लड़ते झगड़ते भाई बहन देखो रक्षाबंधन पर साथ ,

भाई की कलाई पर बहन बांधे रक्षासूत्र , माथे पर लगाएं विजय तिलक ,

अपनी रक्षा का वादा लिए भाई से , जग में मुस्कराए ,

हर समय जो भाई लड़ता रहे , वो भाई करता अपनी बहन से उसकी रक्षा का वादा , 

यह त्यौहार नही सिर्फ , यह है भाई बहन के रिश्ते की झांकी , 

नए नए कपड़े पहन भाई बहन बनाए इस त्यौहार को खास ,

रक्षाबंधन पर भाई सगा हो या मुंहबोला , बहन के लिए उसका भाई ,

जो शर्माता फ्रेंडशिप बैंड पहनने से , वही राखी पहन गर्व से कहता मेरी बहना का प्यार ,

भाई बहन का रिश्ता यूं ही नहीं खास , यूं ही नहीं सभी रिश्तों से बड़ा रिश्ता , 

राखी मोती या रंग बिरंगी सितारों से सजी नही , राखी होती हैं उन विचारों की जो भाई बहन को जोड़े रखती हैं , 

राखी की कीमत उसके रूपये से नही , बहन की उस श्रद्धा से है ,

जो धागे की एक डोर को भाई की कलाई पर बांध अपनी रक्षा के लिए संतोष होती है , 

जब कभी बहन की रक्षा की बात आएगी भाई उसकी रक्षा करेगा ,

भाई बहन के प्यार के इस त्यौहार में सब रहे साथ ।

My experience transfer of 12th class

Hello guys , Aaj mai Kshma Rastogi aapko apna 12th class ka experience btaogi , mera 12th class ka transfer thoda alag hai kyuki mera transfer CBSE board se U.P. board me hua , jab me apna 12th class ka transfer ke liye principal sir ke pass gyi toh unhone mujhse pucha transfer kyu krwana h , us time mere pass kuch khaas reason nahi tha , principal sir transfer nhi kr rhe the , sir transfer nhi kre toh hum D.I.O.S sir ke pass chle gye the. Jab hum D.I.O.S sir ke pass pahuche toh wahan D.M. , S.D.M. sir bhi beithe hue the , wahan puch kar hum sabko wish kre , D.I.O.S sir ne hmre aane ka reason puche , toh hum bole sir hme apna transfer krwana hai , sir keh rhe woh toh tumhare school se ho jaega , hum bole Sir hme CBSE board se U.P. board me krwana hai , Us time sir ko lga hum fail ho chuke hai esliye hum transfer ke liye aaye hai , sir hmra fail wala transfer letter bna diye the , jab hum letter dekhe toh hum bole sir hum fail nahi hue hai hmne 11th class achi percentage se pass kiya hai , sir ko thoda azeeb lga , sir bole beta tumko kyu krwana hai jab tumhari percentage achi h toh hum bole sir aap bas hmra transfer kr degiye , wahan D.M aur S.D.M sir hme dekh rhe the toh wahan ek police uncle bole beta tumhe dar nahi lga , D.M. aur S.D.M or D.I.O.S pass aane me or baat karne me , hum bole hum kyu dare hmne koi gunah thodi kiya hai jo hum dare , hme apna transfer krwana tha aur woh bhi jaldi se jaldi , Police uncle bole ladki himmat wali hai. Hum wahan apna transfer letter bnwaye , thank you bolkar waha se chle aaye , transfer letter bnwane ke liye bahut chakkar lagane pade the. Jab hmra transfer letter se U.P. board me admission hogya tab hum bahut dukhi the kyuki school chhodne ke sath hi sath apne sabhi friends se alag hogye the , meri sabhi friends mujhse mera transfer ka reason puch rhi lekin mene kisi ko kuch nahi btaya. 

Jab mera U.P. board me mera pehla din tha , tab wahan me bachhe mujhe alien ki tarah dekh rhe the mujhe bahut azeeb lag rha tha whan kuch ladkiya badi azeeb thi , mujhe wahan ki koi bhi ladki pasand nahi aai , esliye pehle din me sabse alag beithi , waha ke teacher bhi mere cbse se up board me aane ka reason puch rhe the , lekin me kuch nahi btai bas personal problem ko btake apni seat par chali gayi. 

Mujhe wahan padhai me problem ho rhi thi bahut kyuki wahan sab Hindi me tha , or mujhe hindi nahi aati thi , whan ke ek sir mujhe bahut ache lge kyuki unhone mujhe bahut support kiya agar mujhe hindi likhni aai toh sir ki wajah se hi , sir hindi me samjhate fir mujhe alg se english m uska translate krke samjhate. Practical m bhi sir ne bahut kiya jisse mere practical ache gye  , paper bhi mere ache hue lekin chemistry me thodi problem hui , mujhe usme fail hone ka doubt tha , kyuki chemistry me hindi me formula aur reactions likhne the jisko mai sahi se nhi likh paa rhi thi , lekin mene jitna likhna aata tha utna mene likha. Results jab declared hue tab m bahut dar dar rhi thi mujhe lag rha tha mai fail ho jaogi lekin jab mera results check kiya toh meri percentage achi bni thi , mujhe yakin nahi ho rha tha , jab mene apna results dekha tab mujhe bahut khushi hui , or fir mene apni aage ki study ke liye college dekhne ke liye form apply kr diye.

Microscopic Structure of Spongy Bone and Compact Bone

 Microscopic Structure of Spongy Bone ( Cancellous Bone ) 

Cancellous bones are less dense and present with large cavities in the between flats of bone giving them a honeycomb appreance bone. 

Cancellous bone is made up of a mashwork of bone or rods called Tradeculae. 

It does not contains osteons. 

Each Tradeculae is made up number of lamella between which there are Lacunae containing Osteocyte.

Lucuna are interconnected Canaliculae the Tradeculae enclosed wide space that are filled by Red bone marrow. 

They receive nutrition from blood vessels in the bone marrow. 

The Tradeculae are covered extremely by vascular endostem. 

Endostem is the lining membrane of the bone marrow cavity. 

Microscopic Structure of Compact Bone 

It is made up of many tube like structure called Osteons ( Haversion system ) . 

In between Osteons a central canal present. 

The central canal blood , nerve lymphatic vessels are present. 

Central canal are connected neighbouring canals by perforated canal. 

If cut a series of Osteon are seeing parallar series called Lamellae. 

In Lamellae present small pockets or cavities called Lacuna , ( Containing Osteocytes ) Osteocytes cell maintain bone tissue. 

Each Lacuna are connect by canaliculus. 

Canaliculus are contain interstitial fluid ( flow in canaliculus ) this provide nourishment to Osteocytes cells. 

 Red Bone Marrow 

The Red bone marrow is found in mostly to skeletal and near the point of attachment of long bones of the arms and legs .

Red bone marrow is not only produce blood cells but it also have to remove old cells from circulation. 

Other organs such as spleen and liver also filter damage blood cells from the cells. 

Red bone marrow contains haemotopoeisis stem cell that produces to other types of stem cells that is myloid and lymphoid stem Cells. These cells develop into RBCs , WBCs and platelets. 

Yellow Bone Marrow

Yellow bone marrow consists of primary of fat Cells. 

It has poor vascular supply. 

It help provide support and maintain the correct environment for the bone to functions. When blood supply is extremely low , yellow bone marrow can be converted to Red bone marrow in order to produce more blood cells. 

Yellow bone marrow is found in the Central cavities of long bone.
