Connective Tissue

Hello dosto , aaj hum apko connective tissue ke baare me btaenge. 

Connective ka means hi join hona hota hai , chaliye esko hum details me samjhte hai. 

Connective tissue

1. Connective tissue is the most aboundant tissue in the body.

2. The connective tissue cells are more widely separated from each other in epithelial tissue.

3. Intercellular substance ( Matrix ) is present in large amounts.

4. There are usually fibres present in the matrix , which may be of a semi-solid jelly like consistency , dense and rigid , depending upon the position and function of the tissue.

Components of connective tissue  :— 

1 - Cells 

2 - Extracellular Matrix 

•} Cells 

They contain 6 types of cells such as —

• Fibroblasts

• Fat cells ( Adipocytes ) 

• Macrophages

• Leukocytes ( WBC ) 

• Mast cells 

• Plasma cells 

•} Extracellular Matrix 

They contain 2 types of matrix such as —

• Fibres

• Ground Substance 

1. Cells of connective tissue — 

Various types of cells are present in connective tissue.

Fibroblasts :—

It is present in large numbers of the connective tissue. They are responsible for the production of collagen elastic , reticular fibres , and ground substance. They're are large  , flat , branching cells or spindle shaped. 

Fat Cells :—

It is known as adipocytes , these occur singly or in groups in many types of connective tissue and are especially aboundant in adipose tissue. They are vary in shape and size according to the amount of fat they contain.

Macrophages :—

They are irregular cells with granular cytoplasm. They are important in body's defence machanism and help the body to get rid of deal or dying cells , bacteria and other foreign bodies.

 Leukocytes (WBC) :—

They are normally found in small number in healthy connective tissue. They've secrete antibodies and play an important role in tissue defence.

Mast Cells :—

They secrete heparin , histamine and other substances , which are released when cells are damaged by diseases or injury.

Plasma Cells :—

These develop from B - Lymphocytes , a type of white blood cells . They synthesis and secrete specific defensive antibodies into the blood and tissue.

2. Extracellular Matrix —

Fibres :—

Fibres strengthen and support the connective tissue and are of three types —

• Collagen Fibres :- Collagen Fibres are fibrous protein and are secreted into the Extracellular space and they provide high tensile strength to the matrix. 

It is present in bundles.

• Elastic Fibres :- Elastic Fibres are long , thin fibres that form branching network in the extracellular matrix. They help the connective tissue to stretch and recoil. 

• Reticular fibres :- Reticular fibres are short , fine collagenous fibre that can branch extensively to form a delicate network. They provide support and strength.

Ground Substance :—

The ground substance supports and binds cells together. It provides a medium for exchange of materials , stores water , and is active in influencing cells functions. The ground substance include water , glycoproteins and matrix.

Theory of Forgetting

Hello everyone , Aaj mai apko theories of Forgetting ke baare me btaogi.  Thoeries ke baare me btane se pehle aap ko Forgetting kya hoti hai yh janna chaihye. Toh chaliye start karte hai Forgetting theories ko samjhna.

Forgetting Definition :-  

Forgetting is the loss , permanent or temporary , of the ability to recall or recognise something learned earlier. 

Theories of Forgetting :- 

There are three types of Forgetting theories —

1. Trace decay theory

2. Interference theory

3. Repression theory 

Trace Decay Theory 

• According to many psychologists , time is the cause of much forgetting , what is learnt or experienced is forgotten with the lapse of time. This process is explained through a process known as decay of the memory trace. 

• It says that , learning result in neurological changes learning certain types of memory trace in the brain.

• With the passage of the time  through disuse , these memory trace will get weaker and finally fade away.

• The conclusion of this is that , the older an experience , the weaker its memory and as time passes , the amount of the forgetting will increases.

Interference Theory

• Forgetting is a result of some memories interfering with others.

• Proactive interference . 

• Retroactive interference.

• Old memories interfere with ability to remember new memories.

• New memories interference with ability to remember old memories.

Repression Theory

• The repression theory was put forward by  " Freud's " psychoanalytical school of psychology. 

• Repression according to this school is a mental function that safeguards the mind from the impact of painful experience.

• As a result of this function , we actually push the unpleasant and painful memories in to the unconscious memory , and leads to forgetting things.

• People under a heavy emotional shock are seen to forget even their names , homes , wives , husband , children's and relatives.

 कैसे जल्दी उठे ?

सुबह जल्दी उठना स्वाभाविक रूप से सभी की परेशानी बन गई है 

सुबह जल्दी उठ कर काम पर कैसे जाए , बच्चे सुबह जल्दी उठ के स्कूल कैसे जाए । 

आज मैं क्षमा रस्तौगी आपको कुछ टिप्स बताओगी जिसकी हेल्प से आप जल्दी उठ सकते हैं ।

जल्दी सोए ।

जैसा आप सब जानते हैं , हम अच्छी नींद लेंगे तभी हम अगले दिन उठ सकते हैं , रात में अच्छी नींद के लिए आपको रात में एक ग्लास गुनगुना दूध पीना शुरू कर देना चाहिए । दूध पीने के बाद आपको फोन अपने से दूर रख कर सोनेे के लिए जाना चाहिए, जल्दी सोनेे के लिए  कमरे में अंधेरा कर देना चाहिए ।

कमरे का वातावरण ।

कमरे की दीवारों का रंग हल्का रखना चाहिए , हल्के रंग आंखो को आराम देते हैं , जिससे नींद अच्छी आती हैं। कमरे में शांत वातावरण होना चाहिए ।

सोने से पहले आपको बुक्स पढ़नी चाहिए , जिससे आपको जल्दी नींद आए। 

शुरू में अलार्म घड़ी लगा कर सोने से आप बाद में खुद अपने आप से जल्दी उठ पाएंगे ।

सुबह उठ कर व्यायाम करना चाहिए ।

रात में सोने से 1 घंटे पहले ही फोन अपने से दूर कर देना चाहिए ।

रात में फोन पर वीडियो , गेम , मूवीज , और बात करने से बचना चाहिए ।

रात में 7 से 8 बजे के बीच में खाना खा लेना चाहिए ,

खाना खाने के बाद आपको कुछ देर टहलना चाहिए ।

खाना खाने के बाद वाली कुछ एक्सरसाइज कर कर सकतें है ।

बिस्तर साफ सुथरा होना चाहिए जिससे अच्छी नींद आए ।

सुबह की रोशनी तथा ताजी हवा आपके कमरे में आनी चाहिए जिससे आप जल्दी उठ सकते है ।

कमरे में पूर्व दिशा की ओर खिड़की जरूर होनी चाहिए ।

कमरे में हल्के रंग का इस्तेमाल किया गया हो ।

Nurses ko educate karne mai unke College ka important role hota hai , kyuki nursing college me facilities available nhi h toh wah barrier ban sakhta hai Nurses ke liye , jiska effects unke career and unke clients/patients par hota hai. Esliye ache college ko choose karna jaruri hai.

Bahut se nursing college dekhne me bahut ache hote hai lekin wahan ka education system and facilities available nhi hoti agar hoti hai toh un facilities ka use na hona. Our college surroundings are very safe. Our college environment are very healthy because our college are located at outside of pollution areas. Pollution frees air give good health. Our college gardens very clean and beautiful , many beautiful flowers in gardens look very beautiful ❤️. Many plants and trees boosting the beauty of the garden.

Our college provide one hostel for girls. Our college hostel very good because senior and junior live together. Our hostel anti ragging. Senior helps junior on study. Seniors are very polite and helping behaviour. Juniors respect seniors. Seniors and juniors take participate together at every College functions.

Hostel rooms are very good condition , our hostel provide many facilities for students. Our hostel Warden Mam are very nice , warden mam take every girls responsibility , hostelers girls live very peacefully and obey all hostel rules. 

Every students help each other's.

Hostel mess provide good quality food , every friday hostel mess give special food for students. 

In college canteen very clean and provide quality food services. 

Evening time all girls play in the ground. Such as badminton , basketball , vollyball , ludo , etc.

                                 My Intro

Hello everyone , Today i am going to tell about myself. My self Kshma Rastogi and I'm from Chandausi ( Sambhal ) . I have done my 12th U.P.  Board. Now I am student of B.Sc Nursing in Nova institute of nursing and paramedcal sciences Lucknow, this is my first year of B.Sc Nursing. I want became a good professional nurse. I provide quality care of patients and i want do my best in my fields. In future i want pursue any other professionals course for my bright future. I focus on my study , so that in future I do not make any mistake on patients care time. Besides Nursing , i also interest to draw a Sketch , play badminton and mostly outdoor games , sometimes i like acting. Dono me dosti bahut pakki ho chuki thi , dono ek dusre ke baare me kisi aur se burai nhi sunn sakte the , dono ek dusre ki help karte , Maths me ladki weak thi , ladka maths me acha tha , ladki maths sums uski help se hi solved karti , uske liye woh ladka bahut important tha kyuki uski help ke bina woh kuch na karti , study me usko uska sath acha lagta tha. Tuition me sir bhi jante the yh dono bahut ache dost hai , lekin class ke kuch bachhe un dono ke baare me afwah fila rhe , yh dono relationship me hai es baat se bekhabar wo log apne dun me the , kuch logo ko un dono ka bolna , sath rehna , acha nahi lagta tha , galatfamiya bahut daali , lekin dono ek dusre se baat karke clear kar lete , dosti dono ki aur jyada pakki aur achi ho rhi thi , sath me ho tha ladke ko ladki se attraction , lekin ladka apni feelings ko hide kiye hua tha , usse dar tha kahi woh ladki dosti khatam na kar de , ladki kafi usse ghul mil gyi thi , ladki usse hasi mazak karti , tabhi tabhi usse mazak me flirt karti , ladke ko yh sab uski bachho wali harkate lagti thi woh janta tha , usko aisa koi relationships nahi pasand , lekin ladke ke kuch dost usko yh ladki ka attraction bta rhe , ladke ko believe tha lekin bar bar kehne par ladko ko apne dosto par believe hone lga tha  , woh ab ladki ke mazak ko uske liye feelings samjah raha , ladki es baat se bekhabar thi , ladka apne aap ko propose karne ke liye abhi uncomfortable feel kar rha tha,  samay beet rha tha tezi se , ab ladka ladki ko propose karne ke liye ready feel kar rha tha .

Kesa raha hoga ladke ka proposal ?  Accept / Reject ? 

Ladka aur ladki ki baki friend sath tuition ja rhi thi , tabhi ladka sabko rukne ke liye bolta hai , sab puchtey hai kya hua , ruka kyu ? Tuition ke liye late ho jaenge , ladka sabki baat sun kar us ladki ke pass jata hai or usko propose kar deta hai , uska propose sunn kar ladki ko mazak lga , ladki ladke se bolti hai , tuition chalo baad mazak karenge , ladki jese hi aage badti hai ladka usse ruk leta hai aur kehta hai , mai mazak nahi kar raha ho , I love you , since a long time..... Ladki ki baki dost bolti hai , aaj kya nasha karke aaye ho , ladka kisi ki kuch sunne ko ready nahi tha Usko sirf ab apne proposal ka positive response chahiye tha , lekin ladki uske proposal ka opposite reply karti hai , ladki ladke se kehti hai , tumhe dosti achi nahi lag rhi yaa dosti nibhai nahi jaa rahi , ladki ka opposite reply sunn ke ladke ko gussa aagya aur woh wahan se chala gya , woh sab ladkiya bhi apni tuition ke liye chali gayi. 

Next day jab ladka aur ladki milte hai tuition me toh ladki ke face expression ladke ke liye phele jese nahi the , tuition me sabko un dono ka baat na karna azeeb lag raha tha , sir bhi dono ka baat na karna azeeb feel karwa rha tha , sir bhi us din jyada nahi padhaye , aur jaldi tuition khatam kar di , tuition ending me sir ne ladki aur uski sath ki ladkiyo ko ruka , aur sir us ladki se puchtey hai , beta aaj kya hua ? Aaj tum us ladke se nahi boli , kuch ladai hogyi , ladki or uske sath ki ladkiyo ne sab baat bta di sir ko , sir sab baat sunn ke kehte hai , aisa kuch nahi hai , mazak kar rha hoga , sir sab ladkiyon se aisa keh kar , next day us ladke se puchtey hai jo ladkiyon ne btaya woh sach hai , ladka btata hai , Ha sir un logo ne jo bhi kaha sach bola , sir ab samajh nahi paa rhe the lekin sir us ladke ko samjhaye , or kaha abhi apni study par focus kro , aur usko next tuition ko jaane ke liye bolte h.

Woh sab ladkiya sath ja rhi hoti hai , rastey me woh ladka us ladki se uske proposal ke reply ke baare me dobara puchta hai , ladki kehti hai , mai pehle hi bta chuki ho , hum sabko jaane do , hme late ho rha hai , 

Ladke ko yh sab acha nahi lag rha tha , woh ab ladki se " Haa" karwane ke liye daily pareshan karne lga , in sab se kuch nahi hua toh ladke ne ne apne hath ki nas kat li , ladki ko yeh sab bahut pareshan kar rha tha , uska mann padhai me nahi lag rha , uske sath ki ladkiya usko bahut psychology support de rhi hai , lekin ladke ka behavior ladki ko bilkul acha nahi lga , ladki ko apne us dost se aisi koi umeed nahi thi , uske liye us ladke ki dosti important thi , ek dam uske liye dosti khatam karna asham nahi tha , ladke ka yun uske saamne roona bilkul acha nahi lag rha tha , lekin woh  uske proposal ko accept bhi nahi kar sakti , ladki ladke ko bahut samjhane ki koshish kar rahi lekin ladka apni zid par tha , sath padhna ab muskil hogya tha , ladki tuition change kar di aur school bhi , ladka uske ghar aata lekin ladki ne ghar me keh ke ladke ke liye mna krwa diya . बिन मौसम बरसात

 ये बेवजह प्यार का एहसास , लगे ये बिन मौसम बरसात ,

बिन मोर मोरनी नाचे , तेरे प्यार के एहसासों में बंधे ,

मोरनी की तलक देखो मोर को निहारने की ,

मोर देखो हजारों मोरनी संग नाचे , 

गुरुर अपने रंग रूप का , सुंदर होने का ,

मोरनी देखो अपने सादे रंग रूप को उड़ी हुई ,

उस मोर को चाहे , बिन मौसम बरसात लाए , 

प्यार की बरसात में अकेली मोरनी क्यों नाचे , मोर भी नाचे ।

लोग आते हैं , और चले जाते हैं ,

कुछ लोगो की यादें रह जाती हैं ,

जिंदगी में कितना भी आगे बढ़ लो ,

यादें पीछे ले ही जाती हैं ,

औरों के आ जाने से , कुछ लोगो की कमी पूरी नहीं होती ,

कुछ अधूरी ख्वाइश , कुछ अधूरी यादें रह जाती हैं ,

कितनी भी कोशिश क्यूं ना कर लो , उन यादों से बाहर निकलने की , वो यादें मिटती नहीं , 

कितने भी लोगो से मिल लो , कमी भरती नही ,

कितनी भी कोशिश कर ले , जिंदगी में नए रंग भरने की ,

वो रंग चढ़ते नही ।

My first meeting with laxmi

Hello everyone , aaj m apni College friend ke baare me batane ja rhi ho . Jiska naam :— 

                                 Laxmi Verma

Mera admission 9th March Ko Nova College me hua , and mujhe college ke hostel me hi rehna tha . Hostel ka jo room mujhe mila tha usme 3 girls already thi , woh bhi mujhse ek din pehle hi aai hui thi , unse college ke baare me pucha , class ke baare me puch kar , mai apni bua ke sath market kuch saaman lene chali gyi , jab me hostel m apne room me aai toh wahan ek aur ladki aa gyi jo apna saaman thik kr rahi thi , jo wahan 3 girls already thi unhone btaya yh tumhare market jaane ke time par aai hai , aur eska naam Laxmi hai. Mujhe us time laxmi Laxmi bahut ghamandi lgi kyuki jis tarah se yh baat kar rhi usse lag hi nahi rha , eska bhi pehla din h meri tarah hostel me.  Evening m jab sath beithe the tab laxmi boli chalo hum sabke phone check karte hai , un 3 girls ne apne phone de diye , lekin jab hmse kaha tum bhi apna phone do , tumhara bhi phone check krenge tab mene sidhe mna kar diya , aise jyada baat na karte hue apna bed lgaya aur sab soo gye.

Next day , hmre college ka pehla din tha , college me suit pehna hai or chunni udni hai yh jaan kar bada Azeeb lga , lekin fir bhi college ke rule manne the esliye college ke according ready hokar hum class me gye , class me space nahi hone ke karaan mujhe or laxmi ko sath beithna hua , pehle din toh jyada baat nahi hui , lekin hum hum daily sath beithne lge , jisss mere mann me uske liye jo misunderstanding thi first meeting m woh sab dur hone lgi , mujhe uska behaviour samaj aane lga , Laxmi muh ki kadvi jarur hai lekin Dil ki bahut saaf.  Jo baat kehni hai toh kehni hai , kisi ko ache lge ya bura , sach bolne wali , saaf bolne wali. Esliye Laxmi ka behaviour mujhe acha lagne lga. Time ke sath hum sath college jaane lge and hostel me sath rehne lge. Baatein bhi hum dono me hone lgi , Mess me sath beith kar khana , study sath karna yh hmre daily routine me aagya. 

Laxmi bahut simple and intelligent ladki hai , laxmi ko lip color lgana acha nahi lagta tha lekin mene laxmi ko lip color lgana sikhaya 😁 . Mere sath jo rhe woh bilkul simple nahi reh sakta hai yhi baat mene laxmi se kaha. 

Kuch time baad holi aane wali thi , laxmi apni ghar holi se 10 din phle chali gayi , jiska mujhe dukh hua , mujhe uske jaane se jyada , laxmi phle chali gyi toh m kyu nhi ja sakti phle.  Laxmi ghar jaane se pehle apne kapde wahi aise hi chhod gyi or humko uske kapdo ko sahi se apne pass rkha or laxmi ka wait kra. Holi ke baad jab hum hostel gye us time laxmi nhi aai thi toh usko jabardasti call kar kar ke bulaya lekin fir pta tha lockdown lag rha h 2 din baad se , laxmi hum se keh rhi hme kyu bulai , ab fir jaenge hum apne ghar , mera mann nahi lg rha tha hostel or college me esliye hum bulaye the hme bhi nhi pta tha lockdown lgne wala h . 

Lockdown me sab bachhe hostel se apne apne ghar chale gye ,  laxmi es baar bhi ghar gyi, es baar bhi apne kapde hostel me aise hi chhod aai. Laxmi intelligent bahut hai lekin laparwah kam nhi h , ghar aakar bhi hum ek dusre se contact karte rehte hai , and bahut baatein karte hai kabhi kabhi , daily nahi karte kyuki study chalti hai. Online study m jo bhi problem hoti hum call karte hai lekin laxmi call nhi uthayegi , call back karti hai hamesha. Aur es baat par kai baar gussa aaya hai. 

Hum laxmi se bahut words bolne sikhe hai , jese Hey Mata ji , jeh toh hme pta hi na thi , language bahut different hai hmri side se esliye bahut si baatein ya words new hote hai hmre liye. Biharan laxmi Verma😂😂

Laxmi ka answer bahut saaf or satik hota h jo ese dusro se alag banata hai , laxmi ko hum apna guru mante hai , hum laxmi ke anuyayi ban gye hai. 

And ab hum sabko college khulne ka bahut beshabri se intezar hai.
